The current online version of these terms is the only one enforceable throughout the use of the Service until replaced by a new version.

Best City Places is a mood-driven city companion application that helps users discover places, restaurants, transport options, and cultural experiences. The Service is currently in development and features may change before the official launch.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about places, transport, and local services, Best City Places does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. Opening hours, availability, and prices may vary. Always verify critical information directly with the establishment.

7. Offline Data

City data downloaded for offline use is provided as-is at the time of download. We are not responsible for information that may have changed since your last data update. We recommend refreshing your city data when connectivity is available.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (transport providers, partner businesses, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Site Management

For the proper management of the Service, DevSolid SASU may at any time:
