Best City Places is designed with a privacy-first approach. We minimize data collection and process as much data as possible locally on your device. Your data is not used for advertising or profiling.

Technical data: device type, operating system, application version.
Usage data: limited data such as number of downloads, language preferences, or last accessed content to improve the Service. This data is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
Account data: an anonymous account may be created by default. Users may upgrade their account (e.g., Google Sign-In).
Contact data: if you contact us (support, inquiries, partnerships).
Technical logs: limited logs (such as errors or requests) used to ensure service reliability and security.

4. Local Processing (Offline-First)

Most data, including maps, preferences, and interactions, is stored and processed locally on your device.

5. Downloadable Content

The application allows downloading content (maps, images, audio, 3D models) for offline use. These files remain on your device and are not transmitted back to our servers except when necessary for updates or integrity checks.

6. Accounts & Synchronization

An anonymous account may be created by default.

Users may upgrade their account (e.g., Google Sign-In) to enable additional features such as synchronization.

If synchronization features are used, certain data (such as preferences or favorites) may be securely transmitted and stored to allow access across devices.
